Coupe de France quarter-finals
Parc des Princes, Paris
Paris Saint-Germain 3 - 0 Olympique de Marseille
Julian Draxler (Paris Saint-Germain midfielder): "It was a great win, a great win for the Paris Saint-Germain fans. We really played as a team out there, like on Sunday. Scoring just before the break unlocked the match, it put us on the road to victory and we got that important second goal just after the restart."
Rudi Garcia (Olympique de Marseille coach): "Well I guess you could say we had a good first half; our plan worked right up until the first goal. I hope this defeat will serve as a lesson for us as the end of the season approaches, for the Europa League and Ligue 1 Conforama. [On his subbing Luiz Gustavo and Florian Thauvin off before the hour-mark] At 2-0 down, we were on the brink of elimination so of course I had to spare a thought for our upcoming matches against Nantes and Lyon."
Stade Pierre-Brisson, Beauvais
Bruno Luzi (FC Chambly coach): "The adventure continues, so I'm a very happy coach. Records are made to be broken. We broke the record and qualified for the semis but that isn't an end in itself; we're aiming higher. I have no preferences for whom we face in the semis, but I want to be in the final."
Thierry Laurey (RC Strasbourg Alsace coach): "Obviously I'm disappointed, but I can't really fault the players as the conditions were very tough. It's part of the charm of the cup to have difficult conditions, and you have to make do. We had our chances but we didn't take them. If you don't score, you're vulnerable. Chambly won because they deserved to. We knew it would play out on details. Bravo to Chambly. We will now focus on the league."
