| Mickaël Pagis of Rennes also scored three times during May, but the award goes to Toudic because he spent less time on the pitch acquiring his goals.
Toudic scored three times in 161 minutes played, while Pagis played 231 minutes for his three goals. He will receive his trophy from Caen President Jean-François Fortin at a special ceremony on Wednesday 28 May.
So Toudic takes his place in the season's roll of honour, headed by Lyon's Karim Benzema with 20 goals.
