Stade de Reims coach David Guion needn't look so shocked - he has a new signing, with Kosovo international winger Arbër Zeneli joining the club from Dutch outfit SC Heerenveen.

The 23-year-old Swedish-born player has moved to Ligue 1 Conforama after agreeing a five-year deal at the Stade Auguste-Delaune, and becomes the first January signing made by Reims.

"We didn't want to just sign someone for the sake of it in January, but we wanted to strengthen, enhance an already promising squad," admitted the Reims Director General Mathieu Lacour.

Zeneli, who will turn 24 at the end of February, started his career at Swedish side Elfsborg before moving to the Dutch Eredivisie with Heerenveen in 2015. At international level he represented Sweden under-21s but in 2016 he chose to play for Kosovo.
