Antoine Kombouaré is the new coach of Toulouse FC, arriving at Le Stadium to succeed Alain Casanova in the hotseat.
The former Paris Saint-Germain player and coach, now aged 55, has been appointed on a deal until June 2021, returning to top-level management following his departure from Dijon FCO at the end of last season.
Kombouaré previously spent two and a half years in charge of EA Guingamp before leaving midway through last season and going on to keep Dijon up in a relegation play-off. He arrives with a team of assistants and will take charge of his first game when Toulouse entertain LOSC on Saturday.
Casanova departed in the wake of the 3-1 derby defeat at home to Girondins de Bordeaux, a result which left Toulouse in 18th place with just nine points from nine matches.
