Neymar Jr, Kylian Mbappé, Angel Di Maria and Mauro Icardi can all play in the same Paris Saint-Germain team "if everyone runs for the team", says their PSG teammate Juan Bernat.
Due to injury to one of the members of the headline-grabbing quartet, the four forwards had not had The opportunity to play together until the last 30 minutes of Tuesday's UEFA Champions League game at Real Madrid.
With the four on the pitch, PSG came back from two goals down to grab a 2-2 draw that secured them top spot in Group A. Bernat told RMC he could envisage seeing all four feature again as long as they work off the ball as well as on it.
"It's possible," said the Spain international, who is preparing for Sunday's Ligue 1 Conforama trip to Monaco. "It's true you need balance in the team. When you play with four out-and-out strikers, it's difficult to defend. And when you don't have the ball, it's tough. When you play against big teams, they can hurt you.
"It's true that if you have the ball most of the time, everything is fine. It's better for everyone and our fowards can make the difference. For me, it doesn't change much if we play with three or four forwards, if everyone runs for the team."
The ball is now in coach Thomas Tuchel's court with the German tactician the man who must decide how to best use the remarkable firepower at his disposal.
"It's the job of a coach to take decisions," said Bernat. "He has to choose the best option for the team."
