Toulouse attacker Corentin Jean faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering a serious knee injury in training on Wednesday.
The 23-year-old snapped his cruciate ligaments, is due to undergo an operation in the coming days and is likely to be out for between six and eight months.
The former Troyes and Monaco forward made 19 Ligue 1 Conforama appearances for TFC this season. Jean has scored two goals in 68 league games for the club.
