Romain Del Castillo was on target - almost - in Stade Rennais FC's 2-1 loss to OGC Nice on Friday night, and says his form is thanks in no small part to the 'extraordinary' Hatem Ben Arfa.
Del Castillo forced home the opener at the Allianz Riviera, with his shot deflecting of Malang Sarr before goals from Allan Saint-Maximin and Pierre Lees-Melou turned the tide in Nice's favour.
Ben Arfa - who helped Nice qualify for Europe two years ago - signed for Rennes at the start of September after being released by champions Paris Saint-Germain, and Del Castillo thinks his side will rebound quickly with such a talent in their ranks.

"When you're an attacking player like me, you watch his videos!" Del Castillo told goal.com. "We're inspired by a player like him. What he does on the field is extraordinary and playing with him every day is positive."
Del Castillo and Ben Arfa - both academy graduates of Olympique Lyonnais - will next get the chance to impress together against Jablonec in the Europa League on Thursday, with the latter having watched the Nice game from the bench.
