Steve Mandanda looks unlikely to play again in the Ligue 1 Conforama 2017/18 season after the Olympique de Marseille goalkeeper was ruled out for up to six weeks.

Mandanda was forced off early in the second half of Saturday's 3-1 win at Dijon FCO with a thigh problem that looks set to keep him on the sidelines as OM make their push for a top-two finish in the final seven matches of the season.

Mandanda is, however, expected to be fit to travel to Russia with the France squad for this summer's FIFA World Cup. The 33-year-old missed the 2014 tournament in Brazil due to a neck injury.

Yohann Pelé will step in between the posts, as he did against Dijon, and will start the UEFA Europa League match with RB Leipzig on Thursday.

Adil Rami will miss the quarter-final first-leg tie, however, after he limped out of Saturday's match with a calf problem.
