Troyes' giant South Korean striker Suk Hyun-Jun is out for several weeks after suffering an ankle injury in the midweek loss at Angers.
Just after coming on as a substitute the 1m90 forward had to be stretchered off. The absence of their five-goal hitman means Troyes are considering dipping into the transfer market to boost their bid to stay in Ligue 1 Conforama.
Coach Jean-Louis Garcia said: "We're in perpetual reflection but Suk's fairly serious injury has changed the situation. We won't sign a player for the sake of signing someone. The player will need to bring real added value and adhere to the economic and moral criteria at the club."
