Javier Pastore has heaped praise on former Paris Saint-Germain teammate Edinson Cavani, describing the Uruguay striker as 'the best number nine I've ever played with.'
Pastore and Cavani spent five seasons together at the Parc des Princes between 2013 and 2018 - winning four Ligue 1 Conforama titles in that time - before Argentina midfielder Pastore left for Roma in Italy.
Pastore also shared the pitch with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Kylian Mbappé, but for the 30-year-old. Nobody can hold a light to PSG's 200-goal top scorer.

"He's a player who could play on any team," he told Canal+. "He's a phenomenon. In his position he's one of the best in the world. Cavani is the best No.9 I've ever played with."
Cavani has had to settle for a diminished role following the arrival of Mauro Icardi from Inter Milan, but his four goals and one assist this season have nonetheless given him a hand in a goal every 120 minutes he has played.
