Lyon's Maxence Caqueret needed only 40 minutes of Ligue 1 Conforama action before supplying his first assist.

Caqueret is one of the young players to have broken through this season. The OL youth product came up with an assist on his Ligue 1 Conforama debut. At 19 years old, he set up Maxwel Cornet for a goal at Strabsourg in the 40th minute in a game that finished 2-1 to his side.

Caqueret is one of eight players born after the year 2000 to have managed a first assist in Ligue 1 Conforama this season. Of the eight supplying a first assist this campaign, only Mathias Pereira Lage managed it quicker than Caqueret, the Angers midfielder requiring only 27 minutes of his debut.

Over the past four seasons, eight players in all have managed an assist on their Ligue 1 Conforama debut. Maxime Lopez (Marseille against Guingamp in 2016-2017) is the only other player in that time to have managed it for the club where they came up through the youth system.

Since 2016-2017 Caqueret has the 10th quickest assist on debut. Giovani Lo Celso tops the chart, needing only 14 minutes of his Paris Saint-Germain debut to manage two assists.
