The LFP has taken cognisance of the order issued by the Council of State's urgent applications judge today.
The Council of State validated the legality of the decision of 30 April 2020 on the immediate cessation of the championships.
The Council of State also validated the terms and conditions for the final ranking of the 2019-20 Ligue 1 Conforama season.
The LFP is delighted with these two decisions, which allow us to turn the page and look forward to next season. The decision to halt the league on 30 April - in the general interest of professional football - was the only possible decision.
The LFP also notes the Council of State's request to re-examine, in conjunction with the FFF, the question of the format of Ligue 1 Conforama for the 2020-21 season by 30 June 2020.
