The LFP's Disciplinary Committee has handed down a four-match ban for Angel Di Maria following his role in the hostilities during the PSG-OM Classique at the Parc des Princes in Ligue 1 Uber Eats' Round 3.

Because of his behaviour as the Classique boiled over on Sunday 13 September (0-1), n Angel Di Maria has been suspended 4 games by the LFP's Disciplinary Committee.

His sanction will take effect next Tuesday, which means he will be able to play in Reims on Sunday evening. The left-footer from PSG will miss the following four league matches: at home to Angers, away to Nîmes, the visit of Dijon and the clash with Nantes at the Stade de la Beaujoire.

Abdou Diallo back

Sent off last Wednesday as PSG claimed a last-gasp win over Metz (1-0) in their [postponed Round 1 clash, capital club stopper Abdou Diallo was given a one-match ban, which he served as the capital club travelled to Nice for the 3-1 win on Sunday. Both sent off in Ligue 1 Uber Eats Round 4 action last weekend, Bordeaux defender Paul Baysse and Reims midfielder Marshall Munetsi had their cases examined by the Disciplinary Committee on Wednesday evening. Baysse was sent off against RC Lens on Saturday (2-1) and handed a one-match ban. He will miss the Round 5 visit of OGC Nice at the MATMUT Atlantique reception on Sunday.

No PSG for Munetsi

Meanwhile Munetsi was given a one-match ban plus one match suspended. The Zimbabwean midfielder received a red card as Reims fell 2-1 in Metz on Sunday. He will therefore not be able to play against PSG at the Stade Auguste-Delaune on Sunday evening (21:00).
