As was the case last season, OGC Nice have the youngest squad in Ligue 1 Uber Eats (23 years and 285 days). An average that confirms the Côte d'Azur club's reputation for betting on youngsters with strong potential, such as Amine Gouiri (20 years old), recruited this summer from Olympique Lyonnais. Eager to work with players in the learning phase, ASSE coach Claude Puel has the second-youngest squad (23 years and 319 days), while Reims fill out the podium (24 years and 152 days).

Thanks to the numerous reinforcements brought in for the step up to Ligue 1 Uber Eats this season, RC Lens are twelfth in the ranking with an average age of 26 years and 90 days.
