Eduardo Camavinga and Mbaye Niang are both set to feature after spells on the sidelines as Stade Rennais take on Girondins de Bordeaux on Friday (kick-off 7pm CET/6pm GMT).

Camavinga, 18, has missed the club's last four games and the November international window due to injury, but looks certain to feature at Roazhon Park after returning to training.

"I started training again last week after three weeks out and it did me the world of good. I feel good, in top form, and I'm looking forward to the Bordeaux game," said the 18-year-old, who passed his driving test while on the sidelines.

"We could say it was a blessing in disguise. It gave me a breather, allowed me to focus on the key things and to get back in shape."

Niang came close to leaving for Saint-Etienne during the last transfer window, and has not featured for Rennes since the switch fell through.

The Senegal international has not played a competitive game since featuring for just over an hour in the opening-day draw with LOSC Lille, but has been included in the matchday squad for the Round 11 fixture by coach Julien Stéphan.
