Highly touted Rennes winger Jérémy Doku may be just 19 years of age, but the Belgian is already making waves with his on-ball skills, setting the season record for the most successful dribbles in a single match in Ligue 1 Uber Eats.

Stade Rennais may have lost 1-0 to Bordeaux in Round 35 on Sunday, but Jérémy Doku was very much in the spotlight at the MATMUT Atlantique. The young Belgian international, who arrived in Brittany from Belgian giants Anderlecht last summer, overtook Paris Saint-Germain's Neymar as the player with the most dribbles in a single Ligue 1 Uber Eats match this season.

While the Brazilian superstar managed 11 dribbles against OL in December, Jérémy Doku got around his man an awesome 12 times (15 attempts)! The third best performance of the season so far belongs to perennial dribble maestro Hatem Ben Arfa, who managed ten against Nîmes.

Doku omnipresent

Since the beginning of the 2020-21 season, seven or more successful dribbles have been achieved by a single player in single match on 20 occasions - and four of those belong to Doku!
Behind him, the player who appears most often is Neymar, with three +7 dribble performances, while both teammate Kylian Mbappé and Nantes' Ludovic Blas appear two times on the list.
