After clinching the signature of Brazilian midfielder Gerson, 24, from Flamengo, Olympique de Marseille made official the arrival of another promising young player on Tuesday. Winger Konrad de la Fuente, 19, has joined from Barcelona's reserve team for the next four seasons. Capable of playing on both the left and the right, the Miami-born right-footer is described as a "dribbling, technical and fast" player by the club.

The Spanish-American former Blaugrana man has been a USA international since November 2020. Last season, he appeared twice for Barça in the Champions League, as well as once in the Copa del Rey.

Lyon's defence continues to be strengthened at the start of the summer transfer window. After the arrival of Damien Da Silva, another defender at the end of his contract has been added to the squad of Olympique Lyonnais. The left-back Henrique Silva Milagres, also known as Henrique, has signed a contract with OL until June 2024.

The 27-year-old Brazilian is well known to Juninho as he began his career alongside the Lyon sporting director at Vasco da Gama, his boyhood club, where he played 192 games over eight seasons (one goal and 11 assists), including 106 in the Brazilian top flight and eight in the Copa Libertadores.

"Having arrived in Lyon ten days ago and after having undertaken a compulsory isolation period, Henrique will begin training under Peter Bosz this Thursday, 1 July at the Groupama OL Training Centre," OL announced.
