There are two new faces on the Ligue 1 Uber Eats assists chart podium after Round 10: Kylian Mbappé and Téji Savanier! Leader Moses Simon (FC Nantes), who last eeed up a goal in Round 6, has seen two cool customers cut his lead, both players bagging their fourth assist of the campaign at the weekend.

On Friday, Kylian Mbappé was the first to score with a perfectly weighted left-footed cross for Danilo Pereira. Thanks to this fourth assist in open play, the Paris Saint-Germain striker moves up two places in the ranking and settles in second. Against Angers SCO, he scored and bagged an assist in the same Ligue 1 Uber Eats match for the third time in 2021, after January 22 against MHSC (two goals, one assist) and April 10 in Strasbourg (one goal, one assist). He has now been involved in 27 goals in the elite in 2021 (20 goals and seven assists), more than any other player in France's top flight.

Téji Savanier: Conductor of the Montpellier Symphony Orchestra

Two days after the Parisian star did his thing, Téji Savanier also distinguished himself by teeing up Stephy Mavididi for the only goal of Montpellier's win over Lens with a beautiful through-pass. Also with four assists, but only two from open play, the MHSC captain is right on Mbappé's heels. The top passer in Ligue 1 Uber Eats with Nîmes Olympique in 2018-19 (13 assists), Savanier has bagged 11 assists in Ligue 1 Uber Eats since his debut with Montpellier in October 2019 - more than any other current MHSC player over the same period. He has a total of 24 assists (and 19 goals) in 87 Ligue 1 Uber Eats appearances.

Traoré, Kebbal in the Top Ten

Further down the rankings, Hamari Traoré and Ilan Kebbal have also done well by entering the Top Ten. In Metz, Stade Rennais FC right-back Traoré turned in a superb two-assist performance that took him to seventh on the assists chart with three for the season. Meanwhile in Brest, Kebbal also made his third assist of the campaign by finding the distinctive head of Wout Faes with a free-kick to move into tenth place.
