Despite being better known for his prodigious goalscoring skills, Gaëtan Laborde is no slouch when it comes to teeing them up for his teammates. Against Angers SCO, the Rennes hitman - third on the Ligue 1 Uber Eats scorers chart (14 goals) - bagged a goal and an assist in the same Ligue 1 Uber Eats game for the third time this season. Now with a total of six assists for the campaign, he returns to the official Ligue 1 Uber Eats assists chart top ten, moving up to eighth place, three lengths from the podium.

On Sunday, the former Montpellier man started with a precise left-footed cross for Benjamin Bourigeaud, before beating Danijel Petkovic from close range with the outside of the same foot. In doing so, he provided a goal for a sixth different teammate this season after Flavien Tait, Lovro Majer, Lesley Ugochukwu, Martin Terrier and Serhou Guirassy. With 14 goals and six assists, the striker is Stade Rennais' most decisive player of the season. Over his entire career in Ligue 1 Uber Eats, he now totals 56 goals and 25 assists in 187 appearances.
Renato Sanches, Lille's assists leader
Another player who made his presence felt this weekend was Renato Sanches, who scored his first assist double in Ligue 1 Uber Eats. After a pin-point cross for Jonathan Bamba to nod home the opener, the Portuguese international midfielder turned on the style by teeing Jonathan David up with a superb back-heel.
