Paris Saint_Germain forward Kylian Mbappé capped off a memorable weekend by adding the Ligue 1 Uber Eats top scorer crown to his new three-year deal at the newly-crowned French champions.
Mbappé kicked off Round 38 on 25 goals for the season - one ahead of Monaco's Wissam Ben Yedder - with everything to play for.
Party mood
But the 23-year-old was in no mood to relinquish top spot and fired PSG ahead against Metz in the 25th minute.
Mbappé added a second just three-minutes later to extended his advantage.
The forward then secured his hat-trick, taking advantage of some sloppy defending to hit his 28th and final goal of the season as PSG ran out 5-0 winners.
Poachers instinct
Wissam Ben Yedder was on the scoresheet for Monaco in their 2-2 draw against Lens.
The 31-year-old striker headed Monaco's second goal from close range to finish in second place behind Mbappé, with a fantastic return of 25 goals for the season.
Strong finish
An incredible late charge from Lyon striker Moussa Dembélé ensured himself a place on the podium as he notched his 21st goal of the season in OL's 2-1 win at Clermont.
Dembélé shares third spot with Martin Terrier who was unable to get on the scoresheet in Rennes 2-2 draw at LOSC but the former Lyon man registered his most prolific season so far with 21 strikes for Les Rouge et Noir.
Andy Delort's hat-trick for Nice in their 3-2 win at Reims moved the Algerian into fourth spot with 18 goals, overtaking former teammate at Montpellier Gaëtan Laborde.
As the curtain falls on another season, a huge congratulations goes to Kylian Mbappé for his achievement in being named the 2021-22 Ligue 1 Uber Eats top scorer.
