Here's a quick rundown of the key arrivals and departures that Nice have experience so far this summer:
Nice is bolstering its attack out on the wing with the arrival of Jansson, who played the last two years with Rapid Wien. The 23-year-old featured in 45 appearances across all competitions for the Austrian club, recording 10 goals and seven assists.
Jansson was in Kalmar FF's youth system before cracking the first team and would play four years with the Swedish club. He'd make 76 total appearances, scoring nine goals and recording 11 assists. The Nice newcomer also spent three years playing for Cartagena during his career.
Nice have a new goalkeeper this season as Diouf moved from Stade de Reims to Le Gym. The 25-year-old spent six years with Reims, making 115 appearances and recording 34 clean sheets, but despite his efforts last season, it wasn't enough to keep the club from falling to Ligue 2 BKT. Nonetheless, Diouf will have a new challenge as he replaces the outgoing Marcin Bułka and will need to get Nice into the league phase of the Champions League.
The teenage center-back arrives on loan from Manchester City as he looks to garner first team experience. With Nice potentially playing Champions League football along with their domestic obligations, they need the depth, especially on defense, to compete in all their competitions. Bah is already familiar with French football, having spent the second half of last season on loan at RC Lens, making 10 Ligue 1 McDonald's appearances.
After four years with Nice, Bułka left the club to join Saudi Pro League club Neom. The Polish shotstopper arrived at Nice in 2021 initially on a loan deal from PSG, but would remain permanently, and he'd go on to appear in 89 matches while recording 30 clean sheets for the club.
Another player who left Nice after four years is Laborde, who has joined the Saudi club Al-Diriyah. The forward joined Nice in 2022 and went on to make 118 total appearances for the club while scoring 33 goals and recording 11 assists.
Despite the summer movement, OGC Nice's squad is set for more changes heading into the season, with several key players sidelined by injuries.
Moïse Bombito is recovering from a tibia stress fracture, while Tanguy Ndombélé deals with a sports hernia that’s lingered since last season. Mohamed Abdelmonem and Youssouf Ndayishimiye are also out as they recover from cruciate ligament injuries.
