Coupe de France, Round of 16

Stade des Alpes, Grenoble

GF38 - RC Strasbourg Alsace - Kick-off at 21:00 CET

Strasbourg come into their cup tie in Grenoble with five defeats in their last six league outings but will be looking to continue some stunning cup form, having eliminated Ligue 1 sides Dijon FCO (3-2 on pens. in the round of 64) and LOSC (2-1 in the round of 32).

However, coach Thierry Laurey isn't expecting a walk in the park away to the third-division side, who enjoyed a brief stint in Ligue 1 back in season 2008-09 before the professional arm of the club was declared bankrupt in 2011.

"This match will likely be as complex as if we were facing a Ligue 1 side," said the Strasbourg boss, who will be looking to go a step further towards adding to the club's legacy of Coupe de France titles in 1951, 1966 and 2001.

Nonetheless, Laurey is tipped to rest several first-team regulars, such as 'keeper Bingourou Kamara, full-back Dimitri Foulquier and stopper Kader Mangane in defence and Jonas Martin in midfield. Benjamin Corgnet is short on match fitness while Idriss Saadi is injured.
