Jallet prolongs PSG stay
Christophe Jallet has joined team-mate Clément Chantôme in inking a contract extension and committing his long-term future to Paris Saint-Germain.
Jallet signed a four-year deal on arriving at the Parc des Princes from Lorient in 2009, and has now added a further two years to his contract with the capital club, barely 24 hours after Chantôme penned a three-year extension.
“I wanted to tie myself long-term to PSG. It’s done, and I’m very happy about it,” said the 27-year-old full-back, who has scored once in the 29 Ligue 1 games he has played so far this season. “It’s a sign of the club’s recognition of what I’ve done, and also my desire to repay that.”
