Thiago Silva: 'PSG must follow Tuchel example'
Paris Saint-Germain captain Thiago Silva has hailed the impact of coach Thomas Tuchel on the Ligue 1 Conforama leaders and urged his teammates to constantly keep their German boss' approach to the game in mind.
Tuchel took over at the Parc des Princes in the summer, and has already written himself into the club's and European football's history books by guiding the team to a record 14 successive wins from the start of the season.
That streak was ended with the 2-2 draw at Girondins de Bordeaux last weekend, but with Wednesday's trip to RC Strasbourg-Alsace — the first team to beat PSG in Ligue 1 Conforama last season — looming, Silva wants the squad to follow their coach's example.

"You need to know why you win, why you lose or draw a match. This mentality that the coach has is very good. I would prefer to win 1-0 as a team. The coach feels the same way and we know how he thinks. We need to focus at all times and keep working hard," the Brazil international told This is Paris on beIN SPORTS.
"It's very easy to work with him. He's a coach who tells you things to your face. He's direct and simple. He laughs with us, but when it's time for work, he's serious…It's really easy to work with him. Out on the pitch, he talks a lot, helps us improve, every day, every training session, every match.
"It's great for me, because after every game or training session when I'm not happy with how I've played, I go home and ask myself what happened, why I wasn't good. I try to see my mistakes, and he's the same. So for me, as captain of the team, it's easy to work with him."
