Former Monaco playmaker Javier Saviola sat down for a chat about his time in the principality - and Ligue 1 Uber Eats - back in 2004-05, the Argentine spilling the tea on the best and the toughest of everything from his time in French football.

BEST GOAL
"It was against Bastia! I picked up the ball on the halfway line, dribbled past a number of players then finished past the goalkeeper. For me, that was a great goal!"

BEST MEMORY
"To have worked under Didier Deschamps! And to have played for a club that gave me a lot of love, both the fans and the people at the club. To have discovered a great place like Monaco too, and while I was there I met Michael Jordan too! So it really was amazing, Monaco allowed me to meet one of my biggest idols!"

WORST MEMORY
"When we played the derby against Nice... we were winning 3-0 in the first-half and we lost 4-3! That's the worst memory. It was awful!"

BEST TEAM-MATE
"There were a few! I got on well with Chevanton, with Perez! We were always together! I had a good relationship with Maicon too! That was my little group!"

TOUGHEST OPPONENT
"Marseille! When you played away at Marseille it was always a tough affair - their fans are so fervent. The pressure is on even before the match gets underway. It's the atmosphere I felt resembles Argentinian football the most. In Argentina every game is just as important, and in Marseille you get that feeling too. Their fans are amazing!"

BEST ATMOPSHERE
"In Marseille the atmosphere was spectacular, but also in Paris! Every player dreams of playing in Paris. Against Paris at the Parc des Princes, it was unbelievable, like going to the theatre... every player is extra motivated to play against PSG in the capital!"
