The LFP's Disciplinary Commission has handed Kylian Mbappé a three-match suspension following his retaliation on Téji Savanier in Paris Saint-Germain's 4-2 Week 4 win over Nîmes Olympique on Saturday.

Kylian Mbappé received his marching orders in injury time in Saturday's trip to Nîmes and on Wednesday night the Paris Saint-Germain and France superstar was handed a three-match ban by the LFP's Disciplinary Commission.

Three matches

Mbappé, who currently sits atop the Ligue 1 Conforama scorers chart (four goals) will thus be out suspended for the capital club's league fixtures against AS Saint-Etienne (Week 5), away to Stade Rennais FC (Week 6) and at home to Stade de Reims (Week 7).

The recently crowned World Champion, who scored a superb goal before seeing red on Saturday, will be eligible to return to Ligue 1 Conforama action for the Week 8 trip to OGC Nice at 17:00 on Saturday 29 September.
