Several friendly games were on the program for the Ligue 1 Uber Eats clubs on Saturday and Friday.

Over the international break weekend, several Ligue 1 Uber Eats clubs were in action. On Saturday, Stade Rennais FC and RC Strasbourg Alsace tasted defeat, while FC Lorient and Angers SCO won the day before.

Cho, Monconduit stand out

Stade Rennais FC lost 2-0 to Benfica in Lisbon on Saturday night, the Brittany club cracking thanks to goals from Pizzi (32', pen.) and Gabriel (64'). RC Strasbourg Alsace were also playing away - in Germany, where Thierry Laurey's players fell 4-2 to against VfB Stuttgart. Ludovic Ajorque (8') drew first blood before before Adrien Thomasson put his side 2-1 up (14'), but it wasn't enough to sway the day.

On Friday, Angers SCO handed Châteauroux a heavy 6-1 defeat with goals Antonin Bobichon x2, Sada Thioub, Stéphane Bahoken, Pierrick Capelle and Mohamed-Ali Cho - just 16 years of age and the first player born in 2004 to start a Ligue 1 Uber Eats match. Finally, FC Lorient faced Niort at Sarzeau (3-1). Yoane Wissa, Sylvain Marveaux and rookie Thomas Monconduit scored for Les Merlus.
