The first quarter of the 2020-21 season of Ligue 1 Uber Eats was prolific, to say the least: It was the first time since 1982-83 that as many goals had been scored in ten rounds of play... check out the numbers!

As was the case in Round 7, 35 goals were scored in Ligue 1 Uber Eats' Round 10, the highest total since the start of the season. This continued a trend towards higher goal tallies that was also reflected in OL's big 4-1 win over Monaco in Round 8, Angers' 5-1 triumph in Nîmes in Round 10 and the head-spinning 4-4 draw between RC Lens and Stade de Reims, also in Round 10.

With so much attacking football on display, this has been one of the most prolific starts to a Ligue 1 Uber Eats season in history. Indeed, with 2.82 goals per game over the first ten rounds, Ligue 1 Uber Eats in 2020-21 has clocked the highest average of goals per game at this stage since the 1982-83 season (2.85).
