Check out the historical Ligue 1 Uber Eats records of the 20 coaches who will be in the dugouts at the beginning of the 2022-23 season.
For season 2022-23, Ligue 1 Uber Eats benches have undergone a fair few changes in the off-season, with the movement of Christophe Galtier from OGC Nice to Paris Saint-Germain, the appointments of new coaches Igor Tudor (OM), Paulo Fonseca (LOSC) and Régis Le Bris (FC Lorient), who was already at the Merlus for ten years, and the return of Swiss Lucien Favre (OGC Nice).
Galtier's 450th in R1 with PSG
Now at the eighth club of his coaching career, Antoine Kombouaré (FC Nantes) is the most experienced, with 464 games to his credit on a bench of Ligue 1 Uber Eats, ahead of Christophe Galtier (449), who will coach his 450th Ligue 1 Uber Eats match when he fields his PSG side against Clermont on the opening day of the season.
This season, Julien Stéphan (fifth season in Ligue 1 Uber Eats) will be the youngest coach in the league - he will celebrate his 42nd birthday on September 18 - while the elder statesman will be Lucien Favre (64 years old, born on November 2, 1957), 18 days older than Jean-Marc Furlan.
