RC Lens' Florian Sotoca moved up to sixth place on the official Ligue 1 Uber Eats assist rankings with a stunning assist - his fourth of the season - for Wesley Saïd in the 2-1 win in Angers in Round 14. However, he is still a way off leader Lionel Messi with his ten assists!
Florian Sotoca is getting closer to the podium. He bagged his fourth assist of the season in Angers on Saturday, joining a group of six players who are following in the footsteps of Jonathan Clauss (OM) and Caio Henrique (AS Monaco). He is now sixth on the official Ligue 1 Uber Eats assists chart, just one place behind fellow Len man Clauss (on loan at OM), who has been in third since last week.
Sotoca has been involved in ten goals this season (six goals and four assists) and had proven the most decisive player in the Lens squad so far this season.

Paris Saint-Germain's Lionel Messi is still top of the table with ten assists, but club-mate Neymar inched closer after PSG's match in Lorient. The Brazilian's corner for Danilo Pereira's header was his ninth assist of the season - his second from a set-piece - and moved him to within one assist of the Argentine.
