Let’s take a look at the top 10 goalkeepers with the longest unbeaten streaks in Ligue 1 Uber Eats history, including Marcin Bulka (OGC Nice).

Marcin Bulka's superb season finds its place in Ligue 1 history. Although he conceded his first goal of the season on Saturday in Nantes (1-0), the Polish international from Nice took his invincibility to a level which allows him to be among the best in league history. He already had the longest period without conceding a goal in 23/24.

Longest clean sheet runs of the season in Ligue 1 Uber Eats:

1. Marcin Bulka (OGCN): 747 min

2. Brice Samba (RCL): 509 min

3. Pau Lopez (OM): 366 min

4. Lucas Chevalier (LOSC): 354 min

5. Arthur Desmas (HAC): 291 min

At the top of the historic ranking, ex-Bordelais Gaëtan Huard still holds the record for clean sheets in Ligue 1 Uber Eats. The former RC Lens and Olympique de Marseille player was able to keep a clean sheet for 1,176 minutes between December 19, 1992 and April 10, 1993.

A record which was almost beaten by Lille's Vincent Enyeama.

At the end of 2013, between mid-September and December 8, the Nigerien international then playing at LOSC had not conceded a goal for 1062 minutes with the Mastiffs. A run which had ended...in Bordeaux, the club with which Huard - present for the occasion - had created his record twenty years before. The Italian Salvatore Sirigu completes this podium. The Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper for 5 years did not concede a single goal for 949 minutes, between December 2012 and February 2013. It was a goal from Wahbi Khazri (SC Bastia) at the Parc des Princes that ended the dream for the Italian.

Fourth place in this ranking is occupied by Jean-Luc Ettori. The legend from AS Monaco, the only club of his career, had kept a clean sheet for 899 minutes between November 28, 1992 and February 21, 1993. He is the only goalkeeper to appear twice in this ranking. The former coach of the Principality club also holds 10th and last place with 734 minutes without conceding a goal between mid-September and November 8, 1989.

Bruno Martini comes 5th in the list of goalkeepers with the longest clean sheet streak. The former AJ Auxerre player kept his clean sheet for 892 minutes between October 17, 1987 and February 20, 1988. In sixth place comes the former Cameroonian international Joseph-Antoine Bell with 876 minutes without conceding a goal. A performance he achieved with the AS Saint-Etienne Greens between 1992 and 1993.

Bulka overtakes Benitez

The last goalkeeper to have taken a place in the historic top 10 is therefore Marcin Bulka (OGC Nice), who saw his streak end after 747 minutes without conceding a goal in Ligue 1 Uber Eats between September and December 2023. Enough to allow him to be ahead of Claude Barrabé.

Note that the previous top performance for an OGC Nice goalkeeper was that of Walter Benitez. The Argentinian had held his sheets clean between October 21 and December 16, 2018, or 641 minutes.
