On Thursday France coach Didier Deschamps announced his list for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Finland, making sure to include in-form Ligue 1 Uber Eats midfielders Mattéo Geundouzi (OM) and Aurélien Tchouaméni (AS Monaco).

France coach Didier Deschamps has announced his 23-man squad for the upcoming 2022 World Cup qualifiers - the final two games of the campaign that could see Group D leaders France clinch direct qualification for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The first match, on Saturday 13 November, see Les Bleus take on bottom side Kazakhstan at the Parc des Princes in Paris before travelling to take on third-placed Finland on Tuesday 16 November.

Ligue 1 Uber Eats contingent

Deschamps' squad includes no fewer than six Ligue 1 Uber Eats players. AS Monaco has two representatives - Wissam Ben Yedder and Aurélien Tchouaméni - while Kylian Mbappé (PSG), Léo Dubois (OL), Mattéo Guendouzi (OM) and Benoît Costil (Bordeaux) will fly their clubs' colours as Les Bleus look to continue their unbeaten run of three wins and three draws.
