Randal Kolo Muani continues his impressive rise for France and PSG, including helping his team to a win in Sunday's Classique. Here's a closer look at some of his numbers.

On Sunday, Randal Kolo Muani returned to the Stade Vélodrôme, where he had scored and had an assist for France against Chile over the international break. After the Parisians were reduced to ten men, the summer signing was taken off at halftime, but he nevertheless offered a strong reminder of his consistency. On target with his only shot of the game, despite it being saved by Pau López, he remains one of the league's most efficient strikers.

Simply put, no player in the league has scored more often per shot taken:

1. Randal Kolo Muani PSG .35 goals/shot

2. Kamory Doumbia Stade de Reims .33 goals/shot

3. Mohamad Bamba FC Lorient .29 goals/shot

4. Alexandre Lacazette Lyon .27 goals/shot

5. Jake O'Brien Lyon .27 goals/shot

This is also reflected in the percentage of shots he gets on targets -- among attackers, only Elye Wahi has done better this season:

1. Elye Wahi RC Lens 60.5%

2. Randal Kolo Muani PSG 58.8%

3. Eli Junior Kroupi FC Lorient 57.1%

4. Jonathan David LOSC Lille 56.5%

5. Alexandre Lacazette Lyon 55.6%

Too, among his teammates, his accuracy also stands out. Aside from Kylian Mbappé, only Vitinha, who scored on Sunday to bring his total to seven goals on the season, has found the net more often than the former Eintracht Frankfurt forward. But the Portuguese midfielder has needed 39 shots to reach that total, while Kolo Muani, despite having scored just one less goal, has needed just 17 shots.

Coming to life against the top sides

In the reverse fixture of Le Classique, Kolo Muani had celebrated his first start for Paris tenure with a goal against Marseille (4-0). It was the first of his six goals this season in Ligue 1 Uber Eats. All have come against team ranked in the top 10 at the time of their facing PSG. After OM (4th), he has also struck against Rennes (6th), AS Monaco (3rd), FC Nantes (9th), Stade Brestois (3th) and LOSC (4th). With a rematch against Rennes to come in the Coupe de France on Wednesday, could Kolo Muani be back to his best against a formidable opponent?
