In a thrilling Ligue 1 showdown at the Parc des Princes, Paris Saint-Germain secured a hard-fought 2-1 win against FC Nantes. The match showed PSG's determination as they continue to lead the league with 36 points, while Nantes sit ninth with 18 points.

PSG's goalkeeper, Arnau Tenas, was making his debut at the Parc des Princes. Bradley Barcola opened the scoring for PSG in the 41st minute, netting his first goal for the club. Nantes leveled the game with a goal from Mostafa Mohamed in the 55th minute.

 

The match-winner came in the 83rd minute, courtesy of Randal Kolo Muani, who previously played for Nantes. This victory extends PSG's winning streak to eight games in Ligue 1, showcasing their dominance in French football.



On the other hand, Nantes have struggled, managing only one win in their last six Ligue 1 games after a promising start.

As PSG continues their quest for league glory, Nantes will aim to bounce back stronger in their upcoming fixtures. PSG’s next game is against Dortmund in the Champions League, while Nantes play Breton rivals Stade Brestois 29 in Ligue 1 action next week.
