Fabien Centonze will have to wait before he makes his Nantes debut with the new recruit sidelined for up to two months due to a hamstring problem.
The full-back was drafted in from Metz on Thursday, signing a five-year deal after Nantes used their option — known as a 'joker' in France — to sign a domestic-based player to reinforce their squad outside the official transfer window under certain conditions.
However, a long-standing hamstring muscle weakness that was detected during his medical before completing the move means the 26-year-old will be unavailable from between one to two months.
