Distance covered, sprints... which players stand out after 12 rounds? How do the 18 Ligue 1 Uber Eats clubs rank? Check out the key stats...

The players from Stade de Reims have spared no effort in the early stages of the league season. Fifth in Ligue 1 Uber Eats after 12 games, the club from the Champagne region are putting in a tremendous physical effort, covering an average of 121.5km per game - the best performance in the top flight this season. But if they are to retain their crown, Les Rémois must not relax, as they are only a hair's breadth ahead of their nearest chasers.

RC Lens have been in the lead for the last two rounds (mid-September and mid-October), but are now in second place, just a few metres behind Les Rémois (121.4km). Clermont Foot 63 (3rd) and FC Lorient (4th) follow a kilometre behind.

Make them run

Ligue 1 Uber Eats leaders Paris Saint-Germain, who have been used to keeping the ball from their opponents since the arrival of Luis Enrique on the bench, prefer to make their opponents run. The Parisians are in 15th place, with an average of 116.5 km covered per match. Currently second on the overall Ligue 1 Uber Eats table, OGC Nice are in seventh place in terms of distance run (119.5 km), while AS Monaco (third in the league) have the ninth-highest average in terms of kilometres covered per match (118.8).

Bottom of the table for the last two rounds (111.6 km per match, then 113.4), Olympique Lyonnais are continuing to turn things around under Fabio Grosso. Les Gones are no longer bottom of the table, now sitting in 16th place with 115.3 km per match.
