Przemyslaw Frankowski, the 28-year-old Polish player, has consolidated himself as a pivotal figure for Racing Club de Lens. Currently showcasing his talent in Ligue 1, Frankowski has become a consistent force, leaving a permanent mark on the pitch.

Born in Poland, Frankowski's journey to professional football commenced with Lechia Gdansk, where he sharpened his skills before moving on to Jagiellonia Bialystok. His breakthrough, however, came with a defining move to MLS, signing with the Chicago Fire FC. His work ethic, consistency, and attacking mindset quickly garnered attention, paving the way for his later move to RC Lens in the summer of 2021.

Frankowski's impact on Lens has been nothing short of remarkable. With nearly a century of appearances for Les Sang et Or, his durability is a testament to his dedication and physical power. Despite the rigors of professional football, injuries have rarely touched him, letting him contribute week in and week out to Lens' success.

Positioned as a dynamic right-sided wingback, Frankowski's attacking capabilities have been key to Lens' offensive game plan. His transitioning from defense to offense seamlessly has made him a vital asset, and has contributed 13 goals and 11 assists in his two years with the French club.

Comparisons can be made between Frankowski and the likes of Jonathan Clauss and Andrew Robertson and that can provide insight into his playing style. There’s versatility and attacking instincts and being able to impact things at both ends of the pitch.

In short, Frankowski has been fantastic in Ligue 1. Fans love him for his skill in creating and scoring goals, along with his solid defensive abilities. We're excited to see more of him in Ligue 1 and his journey trying to help Lens secure a spot in European competitions again.
