Ligue 1 Uber Eats has registered the arrival of two more Dutchmen - hot on the heels of Georginio Wijnaldum, Calvin Stengs and Justin Kluivert - in the form of striker Myron Boadu (Monaco) and 'keeper Marco Bizot (Brest). Welkom, jongens!

Another Dutch star of the future has landed on the French Riviera! After the arrivals of Justin Kluivert, Calvin Stengs and Pablo Rosario at OGC Nice, it was neighbouring Monaco's turn to strike on Wednesday, the principality club securing the services of Myron Boadu through to 2026.

The great Dutch hope

The 20-year-old centre-forward left his boyhood club AZ Alkmaar, for whom he scored 38 goals and bagged 18 assists in 88 appearances. A pillar of the Dutch U21 team, the new AS Monaco man celebrated his first cap for the Netherlands' senior team in November 2019.

Bizot signs for Brest

Meanwhile Stade Brestois got in on the action, recruiting a new 'keeper in the form of 30-year-old Dutch international Marco Bizot, who has signed on for three seasons in Brittany A product of the world-famous Ajax youth system, Bizot spent four seasons at AZ Alkmaar after turning out for Genk in Belgium's top flight. Bizot may have earned just one cap with the Netherlands, but he has been regularly called up to the squad since early 2018 and was in the Oranje squad for Euro 2020.

Mensah a Girondin

On Tuesday evening, the Girondins de Bordeaux kicked off their transfer action for the summer by securing the services of Gideon Mensah. The left-back - who will celebrate his 23rd birthday in a few days - has been loaned out by Red Bull Salzburg for one season with an option to buy. Over the last two seasons, he was loaned to Zulte Waregem (Belgium) and Vitória Guimarães (Portugal). Mensah has five caps for Ghana.
