The Ligue 1 leaders head to San Sebastian this evening looking to reach the Champions League quarterfinals

Possessed of a less-than-flattering record against Spanish opposition in the Champions League to date (only two wins in twelve, and no clean sheets), PSG and coach Luis Enrique will have a measure of trepidation as he leads his side at the Anoeta tonight, despite their 2-0 lead from the first leg. In that match, Kylian Mbappé and Bradley Barcola both scored in the first half to hand PSG the advantage at the Parc des Princes, but there was little between the two sides on the pitch.

In the second leg, both sides will have notable absentees as well. Marquinhos isn't expected to feature for PSG, while Álvaro Odriozola will miss out for the hosts. In the PSG captain's place, January signing Lucas Beraldo is expected to partner Danilo Pereira.

Form-wise, neither side enters this match at the top of their game. PSG haven't lost since November in any competition, but have drawn each of their last two league matches, against AS Monaco and Stade Rennais. La Real, meanwhile, have lost five of six, including elimination from the Copa del Rey at the hands of Mallorca.

With a two-goal deficit to make up, the hosts will be forced to play this match on the front foot, and could leave themselves open on the counter, the pace of the likes of Kylian Mbappé and Achraf Hakimi posing a threat to the hosts. Conversely, it's unlikely Luis Enrique will ask his team to take many risks, and PSG should just about have enough to advance.
